Bumpy start on the way to Trogir

We got an extra early start this morning on our drive to Trigar. We were planning a side trip to Zadar, still leaving plenty of time to explore Trigar in the afternoon.

We stopped for gas and that is when our drama began. In the states you cannot pump diesel into a tank that takes gasoline. At this station in Croatia, the three nozzles were diesel, gas, diesel. We did not see that the one on the right was diesel and the nozzel was the right size for our tank. 26 liters of diesel later came the "oh %#€£>?", did I really just do that, moment.

Fortunately we realized our mistake before we tried to start the car, and the owner of the gas station called a friend who had the know how and all the right equipment to pump it out. It took about an hour plus a little extra cash, but we were finally back on the road again -- no harm no foul.
